Do I have to create a profile if I am a manager?

At Adepto, we started out thinking that all Managers should have profiles to represent their skills and allow them to be found in searches too. However feedback from our customers suggested that many Managers just want to get work done and just need an express sign-up option.

This gives new Managers the ability to create an account and start searching for talent in their network to fill upcoming roles in a matter of minutes. 

To invite a Manager to sign up without creating a profile, enter their email and select their role within the Administration section. You can find help on how to do that here.
