I'm a Hiring Manager - where do I start?

It's likely that you need to get some work done and Adepto is the place where you are going to find the right person. So we've added some nifty features to help you manage that process.

If you're not keen on creating a profile for yourself, your unique sign-up link offers you an option to sign-up via an express option to activate your Manager permissions. 

If you've already got an idea of which skills or type of person you're after, stick the details up by creating a Job. You can run a quick search, link the results to the Job, Publish.  This will contact all the potential matches who can then indicate if they're interested or not - this saves you bags of time in that you'll only ever be dealing with the keen ones!

Heads up: you can't edit job details once they're up so don't forget to proofread! Don't worry too much as you'll be able to contact the matches and fill them in on any updates.
