Let's create a Talent Pool

When you've found a few people who you'd like to keep track of add them to a Talent Pool.

Adding them to a Talent Pool is little like adding a web page to your bookmarks. Makes it easier to find in the future. 

Depending on your Adepto user role, you may be able to make it Shared, i.e. visible to other Hiring Managers who are also looking for the same sorts of skills. 

Rather than searching for a needle in a haystack, keep all of your needles neatly organised and easily accessible. There is no limit to the number of talent pools that you can create and no limit to the number of talent pools that a profile can be added to.
