Video coming soon...
Fear not, the days of copying and pasting lengthy paragraphs from your CV are over!
Our super talented techies have been slaving over new CV parsing functionality which takes the most important bits, your experience and skills, when you upload your CV and populates your profile.
Not only that, but everything else from the CV attached to the profile (such as education and hobbies, not automatically pulled through to display on the profile) is indexed and searchable even if it doesn't display. A tag indicates that your results returned (which include your search term) is in the attachment to keep things nice and clear!
This saves you heaps of time and ensures you don't leave anything important out. It even creates skills tags so that it's even easier for managers to find you and offer you that perfect opportunity.
For now, you can do this after you have created your profile but it's coming to the signup wizard very soon...
The really clever bit is that when it pulls in information from your CV, it doesn't overwrite anything that you've already written in your profile. Why not have a go now and let us know what you think?
Once you've done it, make sure you have a proofread and rearrange to show yourself off in the best light!
