Ideally, you wouldn't have any problems...but when you do, we want to solve your problem faster than negative matter!
Supplying us with all of the relevant items relating to your issue from the following list gives us the best chance:
- The Organisation network you're a part of (or have been invited to be a part of)
- The account email address you originally used to sign up
- Detail around the description of the issue
- Browser version(s) that was used when discovered
- Device type and Operating System (Windows or Mac)
- Screenshot of issue (try to include full screen-shot or even a video if you're feeling generous!)
