Now that you have created your job, you can invite other managers in your network to collaborate with you and help you find quality candidates.
To add managers to your job, navigate to the "Details - Managers" section and click "Add":
You now have the option to add other managers in your network to collaborate as a viewer or editor:
A manager you add as a Viewer can help you by viewing and making notes on candidates that you have added to the Job.
A manager you add as an Editor can help you by:
- Amending your job’s details including the description, start/end date and supporting documents before it is published
- Add new skills to your job to help with search and match before it is published
- Add and remove other managers or admins (don’t worry, they cannot remove you from the job)
- Add new candidates to the Job
- Progress the job from Draft > Published > Complete to help you select a successful candidate
Once you click "Save", the managers you have added will be notified about their opportunity to collaborate with you on the job.
