Completing your Job:
1. Now that you have reviewed interested candidates, completed the interview process and are ready to select your successful candidate, click the "Published" dropdown on your job and select "Complete Job":
2. You will now need to indicate the outcome of your job search. There are 3 options for completing your job:
Select the successful candidate
If you were successful in finding the right candidate for your job, you can select the successful candidate from the picklist:
Once you have selected the candidate, you have the option to include a personalised message that will be included in the email to the candidate notifying them that they have been successful. This is a good chance to congratulate the successful candidate and provide more information about next steps.
When you are ready, click "Complete Job" to send the successful candidate their email. All unsuccessful candidates will also be emailed, notifying them that they were not successful in progressing to the next stage for your job.
This job was filled outside of Adepto
If the job was filled outside of Adepto, select this option. All candidates will be notified via email that they were not successful in progressing to the next stage of your job.
This job was not filled
If you select " This Job was not filled", all candidates will be notified via email that they were not successful in progressing to the next stage of your job.
