When you have found a candidate with the skills that you are looking for and are ready to reach out to set up an interview, request further profile information or check availability, the Messages feature should be your first point of call. 

Messages helps centralise communications with candidates and other managers in one place, meaning your conversations won't be scattered across phone, email or other platforms. |

How To Send a Message

Once you are ready to reach out to a candidate, you can message them by clicking the "Message" button that sits on their profile preview or at the top of their profile:

Messages gives you the ability to send a direct message to candidates and other managers via the Adepto platform to quickly request more information about their profile, confirm availability or discuss the specifics of a job they have shown interest in. 

Once you have sent a message, the candidate will be notified via email where they are redirected back to the Adepto platform to respond. 

Candidates can only message you if you have initiated a conversation with them, giving you the control on when the best time to engage with someone. 

How else can I contact candidates? 

If someone is not responding to your messages, you can access further information like their phone number, email and LinkedIn profile by visiting the Summary > Personal section of their profile:
